The Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers (ACHMM) will hold its next meeting on Thursday September 24th, 2009, at 6:00 pm. Our meeting this month will be at Cura Emergency Services in Plano. Our speaker will be Heather Woodward of W&M Environmental Group, Inc., on the topic of pollution prevention.

If you plan to attend, please furnish an RSVP to Pete Okonski or Diana Lundelius by Sept 22. Visitor badges must be issued by security, so please include your name and company in your RSVP. A short business meeting will follow the presentation. CHMMs, candidates, and guests are encouraged to attend.

CHMMs get credit for bringing a guest to meetings or discussing the CHMM credential with a candidate, and can sign in for meeting credit. Members/associates who were not invoiced by National may pay local ACHMM dues for 2009.
