Degree: BS Environmental Engineer, Science or related degree

Years Experience: 10+ years

Salary: To $110,000 plus bonus potential

Location: Waco, Texas area

This position will be responsible for corporate environmental compliance (areas of air – Title V, waste and water) and sustainability. Domestic travel required up to 25%.

Duties include developing, implementing and managing company-wide environmental compliance efforts; ensuring sustainable compliance through company-wide standards and programs; supporting operations and warehouses to effectively manage regulatory and permit compliance requirements; designing, implementing and supporting initiatives to manage and reduce the company’s environmental profile, risks and liabilities; reducing the company’s environmental footprint.

**Must have at least (10) years of environmental compliance within industrial operations (creation and implementation of an affirmative compliance program) and a working knowledge of environmental sustainability.
